SkiClicker® Tech replaces the ski boot when you mount tech bindings. The Hammerhead shaped toepiece lets you fasten the screws with the tool still clicked in — so every binding leaves the bench in perfect alignment.
Our role in the SkiClicker® Tech initiative with No More Boots reflects ATK's dedication to customer satisfaction and our service-centric approach to ski technology. This tool enhances shop technicians' efficiency while ensuring skiers receive the precision and performance they deserve.
How it works
Getting the toe and heel piece aligned is the fiddly part of every tech binding mount. SkiClicker® Tech takes the boot out of it — and stays clicked in while you drive the screws.
Dial in the customer's boot sole length on the scale — anywhere from 255 to 355 mm. No boot has to leave the shelf.
Insert SkiClicker® Tech into the binding in place of the boot. Toe and heel piece are held in exact relation to each other.
The Hammerhead shaped toepiece leaves the screws reachable, so you tighten them with the tool still clicked in — alignment locked in as you go.
The shape of the toepiece is the whole idea. It clears the screw holes, so the binding is fastened while SkiClicker® Tech is holding the alignment — not after you have taken something out and hoped nothing moved.
A toe piece fastened even slightly off-centre holds the boot at an angle to the ski. The binding is then working outside the geometry it was built and tested around, and its release behaviour can no longer be counted on. That risk does not stay in the workshop — it goes out on the hill with the skier.
One tool, every boot
Using a customer's boot to align the toe and heel piece is slow and awkward — you fetch it, work around it, and put it back. SkiClicker® Tech does the same job across the full sole-length range, and never leaves the bench.

The partnership
ATK Bindings began in 2007 in Fiorano Modenese, when Giovanni Indulti set out to improve an old and bad-tempered ski touring binding. They were born in the heart of the Italian Motor Valley, where precision mechanics from the automotive industry became a mark of Italian excellence.
Almost two decades later their entire production still runs in the same facility. Their mission is to improve backcountry skiing through lightweight binding design — and that same precision engineering is what makes SkiClicker® Tech hold its alignment.
