SkiDriller machine

Quality

CNC precision and proprietary control logic adapts every drill cycle to the individual ski. Flawless holes, every time — regardless of which technician is operating the machine.

The machine's TSP (Top Sheet Probing) system reads each ski before drilling and sets the exact depth automatically — no manual adjustment between ski constructions. Combined with the Automatic Drill Force system that continuously adapts to material hardness, every hole is placed with the same precision, whether it's the first pair of the day or the hundredth.

Workspace Optimization

Replace an entire wall of physical drill templates with one compact desktop machine. Optimize bench space, eliminate template storage, and work in parallel while the machine drills.

SkiDriller™'s footprint is 950 × 414 mm — it sits on any standard workshop bench. All ~380 binding templates are stored digitally on the tablet, so there's no wall rack, no jig hunting, and no worn-out templates causing off-centre holes. Because the machine drills on its own, your technician is free to prepare the next pair, serve customers, or handle other tasks at the same time.

Simplicity

Four taps on a tablet and you're drilling. The guided interface requires minimal training — even new staff can get started right away without compromising on precision.

Select the binding, enter the BSL, position the ski, press drill. The guided process eliminates the need to read calipers, hunt for the right template, or manually set drill depth. Most operators are fully independent after a single 20-minute walkthrough — making it easy to onboard seasonal staff without worrying about drilling quality.

Proprietary Technology

TSP
Top Sheet Probing

Reads the Ski. Sets Depth Automatically.

Probes every ski before drilling and sets the exact depth — no manual adjustment, no bit changes between ski constructions. Consistent results, every time.

ADF
Automatic Drill Force System

Feels What It's Drilling

Continuously adjusts drilling speed to the hardness of the ski — clean results on any construction.

Safe Probe Mode

Never Lose Your Position

Re-establishes depth reference after any interruption. No ruined skis, no guesswork.

Simple by Design

From Binding to Drilled Ski
in 4 Steps

The user interface is intentionally minimal and intuitive. Most operators are ready to drill after a single walkthrough.

01

Choose Binding

Select the binding model from the SkiDriller™ database — loaded with verified templates direct from the binding manufacturers.

02

Set Boot Sole Length

Enter the BSL (180–355 mm). The machine automatically calculates the correct hole pattern for the selected binding and sole length.

03

Set Drill Parameters

Select drill bit diameter (ø3.5 or ø4.1 mm SUPERPUNTA by ATK) and drill depth according to the ski manufacturer's specification.

04

Press GO

Review your settings, confirm, and start drilling. The machine handles the rest — while you move on to the next task.

"We can do other things while it drills. It's a completely different workflow."

Workflow Optimization

Work in Parallel.
Mount While It Drills.

Setup takes 15 seconds. After that the machine drills on its own — freeing the technician to work on the previous pair. That's a fundamentally different workflow from a manual jig.

1

Load ski, select binding & settings

Place ski in holders, align boot center line, close hood. 15 seconds of tablet input and press GO.

2

Machine drills — you prepare

While ski #1 is being drilled automatically, unbox the binding and prepare the mounting materials for ski #2.

3

Load ski #2 — machine drills again

Swap to ski #2, press DRILL AGAIN with identical settings. Machine drills while you glue holes and attach the binding to ski #1.

4

Repeat at full speed

Each pair flows continuously. High-volume days become manageable — with better ergonomics and consistently perfect results.

Unlike a manual jig — which requires the technician's full attention during drilling — SkiDriller™ gives your team back their hands and their focus.
